- Your reference, if you have one (it starts with CV-).
- The email address you used.
- What happened, and when.
Never email us a photo of your passport or your payment card number. We will never ask for them.
What we can't do
We can't decide on entry or visas. Only the Thai authorities can. For official information, see tdac.immigration.go.th.
