Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and EXK Software LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("calmvisa", "we", "us"), which operates calmvisa.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What we do

calmvisa is an independent form-filling service. We ask you the questions the Thailand Digital Arrival Card requires, show you your answers to check, and, after you pay, fill in and submit the official form on the Thai Immigration Bureau's website on your behalf. We then show you the arrival card number and, when the Thai site provides it, the PDF.

2. We are not the government

We are not the Royal Thai Government, the Thai Immigration Bureau or any other government body, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. You can always complete the official form yourself at tdac.immigration.go.th.

3. Your answers

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your answers, which must match your passport and your travel plans. We submit what you tell us. An arrival card is not a visa, and submitting one does not guarantee entry to Thailand: entry decisions are made by Thai immigration officers.

4. What the fee covers

The fee shown on our pricing page and at checkout, before you pay, covers filling in and submitting the arrival card for one traveller through our Service. It does not include a visa or any government fee.

5. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle may add sales tax or VAT depending on where you live, and shows it at checkout.

6. Timing

Thailand asks foreign visitors to submit the arrival card within the 3 days before arrival. Submission depends on the Thai website being available, and we cannot promise when it will be completed.

7. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your payment, for any reason. If we cannot submit your card, we tell you and refund you in full, whenever that happens. See our refund policy.

8. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for your own trip, or with the permission of the person travelling. Do not use it with false information, by automated means, or to disrupt it.

9. Availability

The Service depends on the Thai website and other providers. We may change or pause it at any time.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, EXK Software LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed or changed travel, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim is about. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
